I think he would have done this whether it was an election year or not.
Congrats Manta Band!
Congratulations Saipan Southern High School Manta Ray Concert Band.
And to Anon: I do no think Greg Kilili is electioneering with recognizing the school band for their achievement. He has also went on record recognizing Bishop Camacho, Dr. Rita H. Inos, Mr. Francisco C. Ada, Echo Company, and others.
It is about time that we start to recognize those among our people who do so much good for others.
