I think that was in the Washington Post. Read the "news" in the Variety today for more Monument humor. At least I think they were trying to be funny.

Tom Toles has been the best political cartoonist out there for many years.

I used to see occasional local-issue cartoons in the Saipan papers, but have not seen any for a long time. Somebody with the talent should revive that.

I think Tom Toles rocks. I learn a lot from his cartoons.

As for Cheney's heart--didn't realize he had one!

Cheney's heart and Bush's brain? This is starting to sound like the Wizard of Oz. In fact, that could be a cartoon right there: Cheney as the Tin Man, Bush as the Scarecrow -- but who would be the Lion in need of courage?
